Day 8 Pescatarian Diet

The past two days are a blear. My eating habits have not been good at all. I've been mainly grabbing snacks here and there. I'm still pescatarian, no meat with the exception of seafood for the past 8 days! Yay, me!

I'm not as hungry as I usually am. I've been snacking on trail mix, fruits, and veggies...... this is the first day that I can say I'm not craving meat at all. Then again no one's grilling chicken or burgers!

I was thinking about our up coming vacation. We stay in a beach house near several seafood restaurants. I can't wait to chow down when I get there. This is the easiest diet/lifestyle plan that I've ever been on. I hope that I loose 2 more pounds by Thursday. I really want to be down a full 10 lbs by my vacation. It's been raining and I missed my walk two days in a row.

  1. Good for you. I have been doing it for about 5 months. In the begining when I was trying to figure out what to eat, I did the same thing. I was constantly grabing snack food. You will figure it out, stick to it.

  2. Good luck with your diet. I just started my no meat diet yesterday...my goal is to go to the end of the year...I may make it a life-style if I can find some good vegetarian alternatives.

  3. @SavedByGrace - I've been doing a little bit better. I'm making sure that I have a full meal for dinner. There was a few days that I skipped the seafood altogether but, for the most part I'm getting the hang of it. 5 months is great! How are you feeling on this diet?

    @Kandia - My husband went to the market and almost bought up the vegetarian isle ( God bless his soul) lol... I will be posting some of the foods soon.
