My Face Is Broken Out. Is It The Seafood?

Ugh, my face is all broken out. It itches and is a little swollen. I'm beginning to think that it has something to do with the seafood. I hope not. In order to test my theory I will not eat any seafood until it goes away. I have loads of veggies and fruits so I will stick to that until my skin calms down :(

In other news, I haven't weighed myself since my last post showing my weight. I feel good and I don't want to get off track until I can get my mind together. I feel like if I didn't loose anymore weight I might be temped to stop this diet.

My husband was complaining that I'm loosing too much weight but, I just don't see it. My clothes fit the same and I haven't gone down in my bust ( the biggest part of my body ) I think it's all in his head. He equates eating healthy with loosing weight. I do too but, I just want to loose the ugly, giggling fat.....that's it.

My cellulite is less noticeable. I didn't even start exercising like I planned. This made me think about what my professor said about hormones in meats. I wonder if that's where cellulite actually comes from. I will post more on it, after I do a little research.

  1. I didn't realize there was a correlation between meat and cellulite...I'm gonna have to see if I notice any changes...it's been almost 2 weeks since I stopped eating meat.

I know a lot of people do have reactions to seafood so it could be what's breaking you out.

  2. I did some research on the break out and it appears that this happens in week three or four to some people. It's like a detox. I also saw something about dairy being the culprit. I will update soon. Oh and the cellulite thing is just my theory... I could be wrong but I can see a lot less of it on my legs.
