Today was the first day that I had a craving. I think I need to get more protein. I've been lazy. No cooking, and grabbing a boiled egg here and a veggie burger there. I'm making my shopping list for Friday. Here are a few quick protein items that I plan on buying.
1. Protein Shakes
2. Protein Bars
3. Almonds
4. Trail Mix
5. Canned Beans
6. Mushrooms
7. Seafood
I want to add tofu to this list but I tried it once and it was simply awful! Urgh, I want chicken!
Try stir frying the tofu with garlic and soy sauce, and adding vegetables.
