I Gained Weight Being Pescatarian

Okay, so apparently the initial weight loss was only temporary. I've compensated carbs for the meat that I no longer eat. Blah

Plan Of Action .

I want to loose a total of 10 to 15 pounds I've gained around 7 pounds since my initial weight loss (during the induction phase.) So basically I lost weight and gained it right back, being pescatarian..... blah....

Tomorrow I'll be starting a 1300 calorie pescatarian diet. I have to go to the market and stock up on all of these safe foods. Hopefully I will loose 10 pounds before Christmas. That's my goal anyway.....

My husband and I walk 4 miles together a few times during the week. We've made a pack to do this 5 times a week. Today I weighed in at a whopping 145lbs! ugh!

By the end of the month I should be back to my normal weight of 135lbs. I would like to be a 130lbs but I'll settled for one goal at a time.

This video was a great help. Of course, I will omit, chicken, pork, beef, and any other meats aside from seafood. I love the fact that I can drink wine ( happy dance )!

  1. I had wondered about this. Thank you for writing this post and putting it out into cyberspace. I went from a skinny carnivore with strict workouts and fat burners, to a vegetarian with energy, and the lowest amount of body fat possible, to a pescatarian who works out like crazy at a size 5 and plateaus easily. Can't seem to get it right.

Please update us every step of the way.

    Thnks
